When Carroo sits down to pick two weeks from tomorrow, he will choose one of his set final four schools: Rutgers, Boston College, Cal and Wisconsin. While he informed Scarlet Nation he has yet to make a decision and that the four schools are "all together," Carroo did outline what he finds appealing about all four programs.
