The Non-Public North championship doubleheader was held at Pine Belt Arena and featured the four remaining Non-Public schools including three members of NJ Hoops Super Six.

In the first game in Non Public A south jersey champ St. Joseph's Metuchen pulled away late to defeat North jersey champ St. Peter's Prep 57-47.

6-foot-3 Jr. Wade Baldwin led the winners attack with 17 on 6-11 shooting. 6-foot St. Peter's bound Sr. Trevis Wyche led St. Peter's with 16 and 6 assists. He shot 5-8 from the floor. St. Joseph's repeats as champs after winning the title last year over Seton Hall Prep.

St. Joes owned the rebounding edge 34-24 and had a 28-20 advantage on points in the paint.

In the second game south champ Roselle Catholic edged #1 north jersey champ St. Anthony's 48-44 in a thriller. 5-foot-11 Sr. Hakim Saintil scored 9 in the fourth quarter. Saintil finished with 14. 6-foot-8 Syracuse bound Sr. Tyler Roberson notched 13 points and 11 boards.

6-foot-3 Temple bound Sr. Josh Brown carried St. Anthony's with 21 points and 11 rebounds. He shot 8-13 from the floor.

The Roselle Catholic defense was outstanding limiting St. Anthony's to 36% shooting and 23% from three.
