Here is a look at some of the latest recruiting notes from up and down New Jersey as more offers continue to go out to in-state juniors.

Syracuse offers Fedd-Jackson

St. Joe’s Montvale offensive guard Josh Fedd-Jackson just picked up offer No.7 from Syracuse this week as his recruiting continues to get busier by the week.

“Cuse is an amazing school that used to be great and has all potential to do it again,” Fedd-Jackson said.

UCF making moves in NJ

UCF has been making moves in New Jersey the past week, extending offers to four-star defensive tackle Fred Hansard of The Hun School, Cedar Creek’s Owen Bowles and Mike Tverdov of Union High School.

The offer was No.4 for Tverdov, who quickly followed up with another from Duke yesterday while Pitt and Penn State have also been increasing their interest in the rising defensive end.

Wilson getting back on the map

Woodrow Wilson High School in Camden is finding itself back on the recruiting map and that movement has been led by junior athlete Edwin Lopez, who is now up to five FBS offers with the latest coming in from Louisiana Tech and Tulane in the last week.

Interest mounting for Watts

Toms River North athlete Bryce Watts jumped onto the recruiting scene this past weekend when he pulled in his first offer from Rutgers. That quickly turned some heads as Purdue and Boston College have contacted Watts following his Saturday visit to Rutgers.

"It has picked up a little bit,” Watts said of his recruitment. “I have been getting a lot more people contacting me about recruiting.”

Watts may be one of the biggest sleepers so far in New Jersey’s class of 2017 and here is a look at his junior highlights.
