Question Marks: Both lines - when do they jell? The lines do have young talent and there will be plenty of competition.
Recruiting: Kollie has heard from Temple and 1-AA/D2 schools.
In the junior class, Champagne is very athletic and a good high school player.
Jones is the brother of Jaurice Jones (UMASS) and Jerry Jones (Morgan State). The upcoming season will determine whether Jones follows his brothers to a D1 program.
Coach's Comments: "We're going to be decent. We're young, but there are kids with experience. We return the quarterback and some skill players are looking good. There is nice size up front, but they have to put it together. We have a new defensive coordinator and we'll be shifting to a 4-4 front that fits the personnel better. On paper, we look good right now. There is some competition and we had a good off-season. It's still early, but I like the attitude and enthusiasm." - Head Coach Deon Candia
