2010 In Review: The Falcons were 8-2, losing to Cresskill in the first round of the North Jersey Section 1 Group 1 playoffs. They scored 307 points for a 30.7 average, while allowing 99 points for a 9.9 average, including four shutouts. Wins included Hasbrouck Heights, St. Mary's, and Glen Rock.
Departures: RB/LB Alex Cimiluca - Stevenson (Md.)
Offense: Saddle Brook runs a split back option offense and returns five starters. Returning at quarterback is senior Andrew Caravaglia (5-foot-10, 165). The returning tailback is Rutgers recruit Steve Longa (6-foot-1, 220). The fullback will be senior Tyler Vitiello (5-foot-9, 195) and the slot/swing back will be senior Matt Dickman (5-foot-8, 160), both being defensive starters last year.
Senior Mike Donnaruma (6-foot-2, 230) is the returning tight end, while senior Mike Croce (5-foot-10, 170) will be the split end after seeing action a year ago.
Two starters return to the line, with senior tackle Joe Camilleri (6-foot-0, 240) and junior guard Paul Gawin (6-foot-0, 225). The other tackle will be senior Kyle Bratyanski (5-foot-11, 215), a starter on defense last year. The other two positions are undecided.
Defense: The Falcons run a 4-4 base and return seven starters. Vitiello returns to one end post and senior Chris Alonso (6-foot-3, 185) will play opposite him, his first year on the football team. Gawin and Bratyanski are back at tackle.
Three linebackers return Donnaruma and Camilleri are back on the outside, while Longa returns to the outside. Playing opposite Longa will be junior Kevin Bottine (5-foot-8, 155).
The lone returnee in the secondary is Dickman at safety. The corners will be junior Alex Fernandez (5-foot-5, 150) and sophomore Chris Jacobson (5-foot-8, 150).
Special Teams: Bottine is back as kicker, while Dickman will repeat his punting duties. The return men will be Longa and Dickman.

Question Marks: Filling open spots on the offensive line. They have ability, but no experience.
Recruiting: Longa committed to Rutgers. Donnaruma has been getting 1-AA looks, plus he is also a long snapper. Camilleri and Vitiello have been getting D2/D3 interest.
Gawin is a junior with some D2 interest.
